Do Not Track
Todd-AO does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. Third parties that have content embedded on Apple’s websites such as a social feature or a stock ticker may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific Apple website from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from Apple’s websites unless you provide it to them directly.
The only information the Apple App Store collects on Todd-AO's behalf is your email address, which is required to license PhADR to an iPhone.
This Application may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Compliance and Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities
We do not provide aggregated usage or tracking information to third parties.
Information on Children
Todd-AO does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. On-line registration is restricted to adults.
Updating Visitor Information
Registered users have the option of accessing, correcting, updating and modifying personal information, or visitor profile, at any time and as often as desired. You may elect to stop receiving marketing material from Todd-AO or on behalf of external third party business partners. Should you select the optional opportunity to receive promotional emails from us about current offers and incentives, we will also use your email for this purpose.
